This fellow looks like he needs a wide berth, if the photo tells me anything.
UPDATE: This fellow is back safely in custody.

Jeffrey did NOT escape, he was on a regular day leave to go to a day program called New Leaf, but didn't come back. He is a mild mannered person, and just because he has tattoos doesn't mean anything! He has RayBan glasses and loves records. He is probably downtown Vancouver looking in used record stores. He doesn't think about the consequences of not returning on time. I imagine he will come back soon. I wish you did not judge someone you don't even know. He is a 25 year old with teenage ideals and interests, and did NOT escape.
He is not dangerous, and he didn't escape! He was out on day leave as he has been very often (as are many other Colony Farm residents) and just failed to return. He is most likely looking in record stores and enjoying the Vancouver downtown/beaches because those are his interests. Do not judge a book by it's cover! That is very disrespectful of someone who suffers from a mental illness. There has to be more empathy for those who have a mental illness, he didn't choose to be like that and no-one is immune.
